NW Energy Coalition’s expert panelists will address opportunities for a cleaner and more affordable energy future for Montana, including energy transitions in a carbon-constrained world, the emerging large-scale solar market and strategies for delivering energy efficiency in rural areas.
Attendees will draw lessons from clean energy development and rate design reform efforts across the region. The clean energy landscape will be studied from the perspectives of utilities, energy efficiency businesses, and consumers, especially low-income families.
